Current available shifts Wednesday 4:00pm - 8:30pm and Sunday 4:00pm - 8:30pm with opportunity for expanded hours Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to enhance their dining experience Take customer orders accurately using Toast POS system Operate cash registers, process cash and card transactions, and handle cash handling responsibilities Upsell menu items to boost sales and promote specials or new offerings effectively Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters and dining area Support retail sales transactions by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases when needed Requirements Previous experience in full or quick service restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of Toast POS system preferred but not required; cashiering experience is a plus Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Impeccable integrity, timeliness and sense of urgency Background references required Join us at the best bbq restaurant in the area!
