An opportunity is available for a dedicated elementary school psychologist to contribute expertise and support to students and staff during the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time contract position entails a 40-hour workweek and involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams committed to student learning and well-being.

Qualifications:

Active School Psychologist license in Massachusetts, or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date Solid foundation in educational psychology, special education processes, and behavioral interventions Experience working with elementary grade levels is preferred Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and consultation Readiness to report to Team Chair(s) and Building Principal(s)

Responsibilities:

Administer psychological and educational evaluations related to special education eligibility and IEP formulation Serve as an integral member of IEP and 504 teams, actively assisting in plan development and participating in meetings Deliver IEP-based counseling services as assigned Provide consultation for staff, parents, and students Participate in pre-referral teams and professional development activities as required Engage in the district Medicaid billing process Respond to crises with intervention support for students and staff Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors This role offers a chance to have a meaningful impact by supporting elementary students' growth and success within a collaborative, supportive environment.
