CLOUD-9 CURIOSITIES LOCATED AT 164 WEST ST. WARE, MA. IS LOOKING FOR A VAPE SALES ASSOCIATE TO OUR TEAM!

"I" IN TEAM. This is a part-time & per-diem position. (15-20hrs/week) ( Sunday 9am-5pm ; Monday 9am-8pm ; Tuesday 3pm-8pm) Additional hours possible as needed.

Responsibilities:

Greet and direct customers HAPPILY & show the appropriate merchandise Provide accurate information to the customer Advise consumer about products, warranties and other relevancies Implement Federal/State/Local Tobacco Laws and regulations! (Training videos required upon completion of training) Cashier Duties, Register Knowledge, Cash Counting etc. Light Cleaning/Vacuum/Dust/Window Cleaning/Organizing Implement Return Policy Maintain a positive, professional attitude Demonstrate good customer service skills Precise Inventory management & Logging within POS Updating/Modernizing our US Based Website Design (will train) Receiving Online Orders, Validating, Printing Shipping Labels & Prep for departure. Basic Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Applications) Marketing (bring new creative ideas to the shop!) Contribute to TEAM effort by Performing Duties and Accomplishing Tasks assigned by management

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Vaping/Head Shop Knowledge/Experience | Skills Preferred Previous retail/sales experience Must be 21 years or older to apply Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or other related fields Strong verbal communication skills required; ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers (A MUST!!) Ability to build rapport with customers; willingness to learn new skills; willingness to take direction from Strong problem-solving abilities are required; ability to work independently and prioritize

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
