Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers with their hardware needs Provide excellent customer service Restock shelves and maintain store cleanliness Greeting customers when entering and leaving the premises Managing transactions using a cash register Balancing the cash register Scanning goods and ensuring pricing and quantities are accurate Accepting payments in cash, credit, or check Providing change and receipts Issuing coupons, vouchers, stamps, and gift cards Processing returns, refunds, and resolving customer complaints Bagging and wrapping purchased goods for safe transport Upselling and cross-selling when appropriate Loading products into vehicles as needed

Job Requirements:

No formal education required Availability to work Monday to Friday with weekend availability Two to three shifts during the week (3:00-6:00) & one weekend day (Saturday 8-5:30 or Sunday 10:00-5:00) Enjoy working in a retail environment Must be able to be on you feet for 6 to 8 hours Ability to lift 70#
