Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our stores will stand out. You will help identify customer needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's profitability. Hardware knowledge is not necessary for this position, but those who have the knowledge may start at a higher rate of pay. We use Epicor's Eagle for Windows at POS, any applicant with previous knowledge of this system will get special attention . Full time and part time positions are available. We are looking for long term employees, not seasonal help.

Woburn:

65 Winn Street, Woburn MA (Position is open after May 1, 2026) Responsibilities Greet and direct customers, answer phones Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Ensure shelves are fully stocked Manage returns of merchandise Inform customers about discounts and special offers Register work, building displays, mixing paint, cutting keys, filling or swapping propane tanks and cutting glass are just a few tasks you will see in a normal day. Be punctual Maintain a clean, visually appealing and SAFE store. Able to lift and carry 50 pounds Must be able to stand for long periods Other duties, as assigned 20-hour minimum for part-time workers Skills Proven work experience as a Sales Associate or similar role Understanding of the retail sales process Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Basic math skills, ability to read a tape measure / ruler Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts
