Duties Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are organized, labeled correctly, and replenished promptly to maintain an attractive store appearance Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for cash handling and transactions Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product locations or selections Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and sales Upsell additional items or promotions to enhance the shopping experience and increase store revenue Maintain proper merchandising standards to highlight key products and promotions effectively Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information or directing calls as needed Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to develop your skills Supervising experience is a plus, especially in managing team tasks or training new staff Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Familiarity with grocery store operations or retail math concepts such as basic addition, subtraction, and cash handling is advantageous Strong communication skills and friendly phone etiquette are essential for engaging with customers and team members Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us today and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
