A Head Cashier manages all checkout functions including ensuring adequate staffing levels on checkouts, the processing of sales transactions and refunds, monitoring cash drawer amounts and maintaining the checkout area. Head cashier provides first level escalation for customer issues and assists in the supervision and training of cashiers. Head cashier may also be responsible for opening or closing procedures of a store, including alarm operation, unlocking store and setting up of checkout area.

Count Team Clerk In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture. We encourage our team members to have more fun when they work at Wild Rose. As we say working here shouldn't be this much fun! Specific duties include, but not limited to the following below. The Count Team Clerk is responsible for the counting of all paper currency from drops and collections. Pull bill validator boxes from slot machines. Run currency through computerized currency counter. Accurately count and record money totals Transport money Run reports on the computer.
