Job Description

$500 SIGNON BONUSSUMMARY
Responsible for balancing various bank drawers, enrolling guests into the Players' Club, explaining the benefits of membership and maintaining accuracy through all work functions.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.
Assists guests with cashiering and Players' Club activities.2. Accurately balances assigned bank (cashier bank, Main Bank, etc.)3. Cashes tickets and other currency, in a courteous, timely manner.4. Cashes personal checks for currency.5. Maintains a working knowledge of the facility, as well as special events on property, in order to advise guests of same, whenever possible.6. Assists other Cage/Club Representatives as needed.7. Fills in for Night Auditor or Guest Service Representatives at the Hotel Front Desk as needed.8. Facilitates the flow of information throughout the property, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.9. Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.10. Maintains a working knowledge of the Players' Club in order to effectively explain same to guests.11. Resolves minor guest conflicts related to Players' Club.12. Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.13. Redeems guest program coupons/vouchers as necessary.14. Issues complimentaries to guests when appropriate level of play has been achieved.15. Ads, strictly, to all policies/regulations regarding guest privacy and confidentiality.16. Brings concerns/problems and unusual guest activities to the attention of the Lead Cage Cashier and/or Cage/Club Shift Supervisor.17. All other duties as assigned.REPORTING
LINEYou will report directly to the Cage Supervisor and then the Cage Assistant Manager and Cage Manager.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Must have excellent communication skills, be polite, and present a neat appearance at all times.
- The ability to work with others as a team in an efficient manner.
- The ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations
- Proven experience providing high level of guest service
- The ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide
- The ability to read, write, comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
- The availability to work all shifts.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stressful situations.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
- The ability to verify the right to work in the United States.
