Your role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service, managing sales transactions accurately, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Responsibilities Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems to process retail sales transactions efficiently and accurately Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and other payment methods with precision and integrity Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries or demos Maintain an organized cash drawer, perform daily balancing, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Skills Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and bilingual abilities to serve diverse customers effectively Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately under pressure Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive demeanor Experience in upselling, retail sales transactions, stocking, and cashiering duties Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
