KVCC Accounting Assistant II/Cashier Bargaining Unit/Salary Level:
Salary and benefits commensurate with the Agreement between the MCCS Trustees and the MSEA Support Unit as a Level 12. Salary range is hourly $20.53-$22.25.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required:
Associate's degree in accounting/business administration.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree Two years combined experience in collections, accounting. EXCEL, as well as communications and organizational experience.
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures. Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from financial data. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential in performing the functions of the job. Experience working well within a team environment, strong interpersonal written and oral skills; prioritize and multi-task: database Skills and working knowledge of word processing,
Work Schedule:
Full-time, in-person position. This role requires the employee to work on-site during regular business hours.
