We're expanding into the Ann Arbor / Pittsfield area and hiring crew to run the window. Small team, fast pace, real growth opportunity. What you'll do Prep proteins, salsas, toppings, and sauces before service Run the grill, flat-top, and fryer; cook to order and keep tickets moving Assemble and wrap orders accurately and fast Take orders, run the POS, handle cash and card Keep the truck, equipment, and prep areas clean and up to Washtenaw County health-code standards Restock, load and unload at the commissary, set up and break down the truck at each stop Follow all food safety, fire safety, and propane handling procedures What we're looking for 18 or older and legally able to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation and reliable attendance — small crew, everyone counts Comfortable on your feet in a hot, tight space for a full shift Able to lift up to 50 lbs Friendly with customers, calm during a rush Michigan food handler's card / ServSafe preferred — we'll help you get one Restaurant, fast food, or food truck experience a plus; we'll train the right person Bilingual (English/Arabic or English/Spanish) a plus Details Part-time and full-time available Nights, weekends, campus-area late shifts, game days, and festival/event shifts Shift meal included Company apparel provided Students welcome — we'll work around class schedules Path to lead or shift supervisor as we expand

Pay:

$15.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 65.0 per week
