Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be handling customers questions/concerns and be handling all cash and credit transactions during your shift. We are a smoke shop and mini market full of all vape and tobacco products along with a huge variety of snacks and drinks! You must be 18+ years old to apply. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or concerns. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision. Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to effectively upsell items. Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays to enhance product visibility. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Skills Previous experience in retail sales is preferred. Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Ability to upsell products effectively to increase sales opportunities. Excellent communication skills to engage with customers positively. Proficient in cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate financial records.
