Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies and beverages to customers
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smoothie bar area
• Follow health and safety guidelines in food preparation and handling
• Upsell additional products or menu items to customers
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a smoothie bar or similar setting
• Familiarity with using a cash register and handling cash transactions
• Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Skills:

• Cash register operation
• Sales and upselling techniques
• Knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is preferred
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
