Responsibilities Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries. Handle cash drawer operations, including cash handling, balancing registers, and reconciling daily sales. Answer incoming phone calls Set service appointments Make follow up calls. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries professionally. Assist with office paperwork. Requirements Prior experience in retail sales or dealership environments is preferred, especially with cashiering or POS systems. Strong communication skills. Ability to handle cash drawer operations responsibly and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
