Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and efficient Host/Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing the flow of customers in our establishment. Your exceptional communication skills and customer service expertise will ensure that every guest has a memorable experience. Duties Greet guests warmly as they arrive and provide them with seating options. . Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system (experience with Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus). Process payments promptly and handle cash transactions with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and dining area. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout the dining experience. Experience Previous host/host or cashier experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant setting. Background in Cash handling experience Familiarity with POS systems is helpful. Experience in guest services or hospitality roles is highly valued.
