This position combines front-of-house customer service and cashiering with food preparation, order fulfillment, cleaning, and other restaurant duties as needed. The ideal candidate is positive, reliable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to support the team wherever needed to provide an excellent guest experience. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Cashiering Greet every customer in a friendly and professional manner. Provide fast, accurate, and courteous service throughout the guest experience. Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system. Explain menu items, pricing, promotions, and available options. Make menu recommendations and answer customer questions. Accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Issue receipts and provide correct change. Follow proper cash-handling procedures and maintain an accurate cash drawer. Address customer questions, concerns, or complaints professionally and promptly. Bag and verify dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders to ensure accuracy and completeness. Keep the front counter, cashier station, dining area, and customer-facing areas clean and organized. Assist with basic food preparation and order assembly as needed. Assist kitchen team members during busy periods to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
