Key Responsibilities Floor Leadership & Coaching:

Lead shifts by example, driving speed of service, flawless beverage execution, and proactive team motivation.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain rigorous standards of quality control, food safety, and front-of-house cleanliness.

Inventory & Workflow:

Oversee efficient stock management, par levels, and station readiness during peak rushes.

Guest Connection:

What We're Looking For Coffee Experience:

Demonstrated hands-on barista experience in a fast-paced specialty coffee or cafe environment.

Leadership Background:

Previous supervisory, shift lead, or assistant manager experience within food service or retail.

Drive & Organization:

Exceptional communication skills, a calm demeanor during rushes, and the ability to multitask effectively.

REQUIRED

High school degree or equivalent.
