As an employee of Sterling Pharmacy, you can expect to be treated with care and respect. Looking for a Part-time (~10-25 hours/week) candidate! This is a Monday
- Friday position, with occasional Saturday shifts. Hours of operation are Monday
- Friday, 8:30 am
- 6:00 pm, Saturday, 9:00 am
- 2:00 pm & Sunday 9:00 am
- 1:30 pm.

The Pharmacy Cashier is responsible for assisting with all day-to-day customer service and reporting to the manager on duty.Core Competencies & Responsibilities:
Adhere to all Astrup Companies policy and procedures Help with answer telephone within three rings Create a culture of positivity and excitement within the work environment Complete other duties as assigned Participate in expectations with the Profit Incentive Program Build healthier lives through caring relationships with co-workers and customers Displays superior customer service, in both attitude and action Understands the customers' needs are the #1 priority above anything else Completes cash transactions accurately and according to company procedures Assists pharmacy staff with checking orders and invoices, marking and putting away merchandise in the proper location Assists customers with locating items on sale floor Answers customer questions or directs them to proper person who can answer question correctly Assists or places filled prescriptions in proper location Cleans shelves and inventory neatly Assist in checking inventory for out-of-date product Assists in preparing for daily deliveries Answers phones and forwards calls to proper individuals Assists in pharmacy workflow if required by pharmacy staff Assists and receives new prescriptions physically from patients Work the drive-up window as needed, if applicable Understands and adheres to HIPPA compliance policies Participate and engage with weekly/daily touchpoint meetings then follow through on what was discussed Engage with customers on all marketing material instructed by corporate Performs assigned duties requested by eitherPharmacy Manager or Store Manager Performance Requirements:

Physical Requirements & Work Demands:
