A Head Cashier manages all checkout functions including ensuring adequate staffing levels on checkouts, the processing of sales transactions and refunds, monitoring cash drawer amounts and maintaining the checkout area. Head cashier provides first level escalation for customer issues and assists in the supervision and training of cashiers. Head cashier may also be responsible for opening or closing procedures of a store, including alarm operation, unlocking store and setting up of checkout area.

We're looking for a Lead Guest Advisor to guide our front-of-house team, set the standard for exceptional guest experiences, and drive the membership and retail results that keep our spa thriving. Pay:
Base $20.00-$22.50/hour based on experience, plus monthly membership bonuses, a monthly top-seller bonus, and performance-based increases. Recent top performers have added $400-$490+ per month in membership bonuses on top of base pay. Transparent ranges confirmed at interview.
Schedule:
Full-time leadership role; must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays to lead peak-time coverage.

Drive retail results:
demo products, build simple at-home routines and bundles, and keep the retail floor beautifully merchandised.
Own front-of-house flow:
lobby and locker-room readiness, accurate scheduling and POS, cash handling, and open/close procedures. Lead proactive guest outreach — follow-ups on leads, trials, freezes/lapses, and post-visit thank-yous by phone, text, and email. Partner with service providers and ownership to hit team goals: membership conversion, retail per guest, pre-book rate, and guest satisfaction. Spavia reimagines the spa experience with a blend of luxury, relaxation, and top-tier service — supported by a strong membership model and a curated retail assortment. You'll have proven scripts, hands-on product training, and a collaborative team, so leading and selling feel natural and guest-first. Lead Responsibilities Team Management:
Build weekly schedules, manage swaps and requests, ensure peak-time coverage, and maximize provider utilization.
Training & Coaching:
Onboard new Guest Advisors, role-play membership and retail scripts, monitor performance and guest reviews, and coach for consistent 5-star experiences.
Sales, KPIs & Reporting:
Lead daily huddles and a visible scoreboard; drive membership, retail, and gift card goals; track and report weekly KPIs.
Leadership & Guest Experience:
Motivate the team, uphold Spavia service standards, and resolve guest concerns promptly to protect reviews and reputation.
Cleanliness & Presentation:
Keep the lobby, retail, and back-of-house spaces clean, sanitized, stocked, and guest-ready; execute retail floor sets.
Hiring & Onboarding Support:
Assist with interviews and orientation and uphold brand standards and the guest-journey experience.
Inventory & Controls:
Monitor retail and back-stock levels, coordinate ordering and receiving, and manage par levels and shrink control.
Community & Guest Relations:
Support local partnerships, donations, and VIP events; oversee guest communications and POS accuracy (as assigned). What Success Looks Like These are team goals we'll train, coach, and role-play toward together — not "sink or swim." Specific targets are set with ownership and reviewed regularly.
Membership conversion:
a target share of eligible guests join or upgrade each month.
Retail attachment:
a target share of guest tickets include a retail purchase.
Pre-scheduling:
a target share of guests pre-book their next visit before leaving.
Team development:
new Guest Advisors ramp to goal quickly and consistently hit their membership targets. Essential & Physical Functions Standing for extended periods; frequent walking, bending, and reaching. Repetitive keyboard and phone use; accurate POS and cash handling. Lift and carry up to 25 lbs; occasional laundry and stocking.
