Position Summary:
The Cashier is responsible for providing quality service by greeting customers, generating sales, merchandising, cash register operations, and loss prevention in accordance with company standards.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
The Cashier is responsible for the following duties: Welcome customers to the store. Answer questions about products. Operate cash registers to process sales. Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions. Check in deliveries. Stock and front face the store. Brew Coffee. Operate pizza oven and deep fryer. Scoop ice cream. Scoop minnows and package leaches and crawlers. Shovel and sweep the sidewalks. Clean pump islands. Perform other duties as assigned.

Follows company and departmental policies and procedures. Demonstrates a positive attitude. Responds well to constructive criticism. Qualifications -
Education and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to perform physical work in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Guest service and cash register experience. High school diploma or GED.
Work Environment:
The work environment is fast-paced and requires overall good mental and physical health.
Physical Demands:
Job-specific abilities and requirements include: Ability to stand for long hours Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to climb ladders. Ability to perform repetitive motion from use of a cash register. Ability to crouch, crawl, and kneel.
