Stocking Associate - Outdoor Sporting Goods StorePosition Summary We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Stocking Associate to help keep our outdoor sporting goods store organized, clean, and fully stocked. This position is responsible for receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, organizing inventory, maintaining displays, and assisting customers when needed. Knowledge or interest in hunting, fishing, camping, outdoor recreation, or sporting goods is helpful but not required. Job Duties and Responsibilities Unload, receive, and organize incoming merchandise. Stock shelves, racks, displays, and other sales areas. Make sure merchandise is placed in the correct location and properly priced. Rotate and organize inventory in the stockroom and on the sales floor. Keep aisles, shelves, displays, and stock areas clean and organized. Assist with inventory counts and identifying low-stock items. Help customers locate merchandise and provide basic product assistance. Move merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor as needed. Assemble or set up displays and merchandise when required. Assist with cleaning duties, including sweeping, trash removal, and maintaining work areas. Provide register or customer service assistance when needed and trained. Follow all store safety, security, and merchandise-handling procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Qualifications Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, squat, climb, push, and pull as necessary. Ability to safely lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds . Ability to use step stools, ladders, carts, and other stocking equipment safely. Schedule This position may require daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday availability depending on store needs. Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
