Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream treats, including sundaes, cones, and specialty toppings with precision and flair Engage customers with enthusiastic product demos and upselling techniques to enhance their experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cash handling and transactions Maintain clean, organized workstations by stocking supplies and merchandising products attractively Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction Manage phone etiquette when taking orders or assisting customers remotely Supervise team members during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety standards Experience Previous retail sales or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions Strong communication skills to connect effectively with customers and team members Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse communities better Experience in merchandising, stocking, or grocery store environments is advantageous Demonstrated supervisory experience helps in leading shifts confidently Knowledge of phone etiquette, upselling strategies, and customer service best practices will set you apart Join us in creating memorable moments for our guests while developing valuable skills in a dynamic retail environment.
