This role involves taking orders, preparing beverages, handling cash, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold brand standards.

Duties and Responsibilites:

Customer Service Excellence Provide a warm, friendly, and professional experience for every guest. Address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and with a positive attitude. Order Taking & Cash Handling Accurately take and process customer orders. Handle cash and card transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate accounting of sales. Beverage & Food Preparation Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Assist with food presentation and packaging, ensuring it meets quality standards. Maintenance of Cleanliness Keep the front-of-house area, including the counter, tables, and floor, clean and organized. Ensure that all equipment is maintained and sanitized in compliance with food safety regulations. Inventory & Stock Management Monitor stock levels of consumables (cups, napkins, etc.) and report shortages. Assist with restocking and inventory organization as needed. Upselling & Promoting Products Offer suggestions and recommend signature menu items or seasonal promotions to enhance the customer experience. Maintain knowledge of all products to confidently answer customer questions. Adherence to Brand Standards Follow the café's protocols and standards to maintain the brand's quality and image. Contribute to an atmosphere that aligns with the bakery's welcoming and high-quality brand.

Job Requirements & Skills:

Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication. Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems. Familiarity with basic coffee and beverage preparation. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an advantage but not required. Familiarity with food and beverage operations in a café or bakery setting.
