Job Description
Biscuit King is hiring a welcoming and reliable team member to serve our guests at the front counter. This role is a great fit for someone who likes staying busy, working with a team, and making sure every customer receives friendly and efficient service. Open interviews are available Monday-Thursday from 9:00-11:00 a.m. Please bring a copy of your application with you. If those times don't work, reach out to us and we'll be happy to schedule another time. What You'll Do Welcome customers and provide helpful, courteous service. Take dine-in, carryout, and drive-thru orders. Accurately enter orders and accept cash or electronic payments. Help customers understand the menu and answer basic questions. Review completed orders to make sure all items are included. Prepare, package, and hand out orders as needed. Refill cups, condiments, napkins, and other supplies. Maintain a clean and organized register, counter, beverage station, and dining area. Work closely with the kitchen to keep orders moving during busy periods. Follow company procedures for sanitation, food safety, and cash handling. Bring customer concerns to a manager when additional help is needed. Support other areas of the restaurant when requested. What We're Looking For A friendly attitude and strong customer service skills. Dependability and consistent attendance. The ability to move quickly without losing attention to detail. Clear communication and a willingness to work as part of a team. The ability to remain professional and organized during busy shifts. Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
