Crew Members are responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests' needs and give them a reason to come back.

Duties:

Greet guests as they approach the counter to place an order Inform customers of daily specials Take and enter orders in the POS cash register Accurately count change before returning to the customer Relay customers' orders to teammates and help prepare the order Stock work areas with condiments, napkins, and drink straws Pack orders and hand them to the customer Help keep the restaurant clean and tidy Qualifications Must have basic computer skills Capable of counting money and making change Able to operate restaurant equipment No one under age 16 may be hired You are applying for work with a franchisee of Dunkin' Donuts not Dunkin' Brands, Inc. or any of its affiliates.
