Assist customers with product inquiries, provide product demos when needed, and recommend additional items through upselling techniques. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, restock shelves as necessary, and support merchandising efforts to enhance store presentation. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer questions or inquiries over the phone. Support stock management by assisting with stocking shelves and inventory counts to ensure product availability. Engage customers with friendly communication, promote store promotions, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. Experience Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred, especially with POS systems and cash register operations. demonstrating leadership in guiding team members Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging diverse customers effectively. Familiarity with retail math concepts such as making change, calculating discounts, and managing cash handling procedures. Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising standards, and basic math skills are essential for success in this role.
