Lucky Tree is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Cashier to support daily café operations and provide efficient service to customers. This role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, processing payments, answering basic menu questions, and helping maintain a clean and organized service area. The ideal candidate is attentive, professional, and comfortable working in a busy café environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide friendly, courteous, and professional service. Take coffee, beverage, and food orders accurately. Operate the POS system and process cash, card, and other approved payments. Answer basic questions about menu items, beverages, pricing, and café offerings. Confirm order details and communicate customer requests clearly with café team members. Provide receipts and assist with dine-in, pickup, and takeout orders. Organize completed orders and help maintain smooth customer and order flow. Keep the register, counter, and customer-service areas clean and organized. Restock cups, lids, bags, napkins, utensils, and other café supplies. Assist baristas and coworkers with routine café duties during busy service periods. Follow cash-handling, food-safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures. Support opening, closing, and other daily café responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Previous cashier, café, coffee shop, restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful. Friendly, professional, and respectful approach to customers. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Comfortable learning and using POS systems. Good attention to detail and transaction accuracy. Able to stay organized while assisting multiple customers. Comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment.
