Location:
804 Hwy 85 N, Belfield This position is for afternoon shift, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm. Shifts may change with store needs. Flexibility is preferred. Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 32 countries and territories in North America, the Greater Caribbean, and Europe. The Partnership's midstream operations include an extensive network of approximately 14,000 miles of pipeline and over 160 terminals. This critical infrastructure complements the Partnership's fuel distribution operations, which distribute over 15 billion gallons annually to approximately 11,000 Sunoco and partner-branded retail locations, as well as independent dealers and commercial customers. The Opportunity:
The Sales Associate serves as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service and accurately processing fuel and merchandise sales. This role ensures shelves are stocked, products are available, and store operations run efficiently while supporting overall profitability.
Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer experiences on every interaction Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment Prepare food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards Handle cash, funds, and merchandise responsibly Complete shift reports, including closing and balancing the cash register Verify customer identification for restricted purchases and follow all regulations Support store operations and assist with tasks as needed Adapt to customer needs and apply sales techniques to support store profitability
Requirements:
Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment Basic knowledge of food safety standards Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations Ability to stand for extended periods of time Humble.
