Duties:

As an Ice Cream Server/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient operations in a fast-paced ice cream shop environment.

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve ice cream promptly
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems: Square POS
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and kitchen
• Learn to bake cookies each morning for preparation
• Learn to make waffle cones for each day
• For the right candidate, opportunity to be promoted to key holder

Skills:

To excel in this role, the following skills are essential:

• Experience in the food industry with knowledge of food service procedures
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and transactions
• Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
• Familiarity with Square POS or similar point-of-sale systems
• Quick learner
• Adherence to food safety standards and regulations
