Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counter Attendant/delivery driver to join our team. As a Counter Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while managing food and beverage orders. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a counter associate you are also required to have a reliable car and drivers liscense and be able to take deliveries as needed Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Operate the toast POS system for processing transactions. Package and serve food and beverages according to established standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in food service or
