Job Description:
The Food and Beverage Cashier is responsible for the accurate handling of restaurant financial transactions. Process transactions, including sales, payment processing, and making change, according to POS and cash handling procedures. Properly and accurately balance the cash drawer daily. Maintains all credit card receipts, room charge receipts, comps and vouchers with required signatures. Organizes paperwork in an orderly manner. Be knowledgeable of property facilities, services, hours of operation, in-house events, conferences, and amenities to proactively assist guests. May be required to answer the phones in specific restaurants. Perform other duties as requested by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. At least 1 year work experience in similar setting helpful. Previous money handling skills preferred. Computer skills a plus
