We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Pharmacy Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment while providing excellent service to our patients.

Schedule:

Monday & Fridays 9am-5pm (for the time being) Responsibilities Greet patients and customers in a friendly and professional manner. Operate the pharmacy register and accurately process cash, credit/debit, and other payments. Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with general questions. Make outgoing calls to patients regarding prescriptions, refills, pickups, and deliveries. Schedule and coordinate prescription deliveries with patients and delivery personnel. Assist patients with over-the-counter products and general pharmacy needs. Direct prescription, medication, and clinical questions to the pharmacist or pharmacy technician. Maintain an accurate cash drawer and follow proper cash-handling procedures. Keep the checkout area and pharmacy customer areas clean, organized, and well stocked. Assist with stocking merchandise and other day-to-day pharmacy tasks. Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times. Follow pharmacy policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Work closely with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience. Qualifications Previous pharmacy, retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Comfortable answering phones and speaking with patients professionally. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer and cash-handling skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment. Pay:

From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 24.0 per week
