We need a Crew Member to join our team. Cold Stone Creamery delivers the Ultimate Ice Cream Experience through a community of franchisees who are passionate about ice cream. The secret recipe for smooth and creamy ice cream is handcrafted fresh daily in each store and then customized by combining a variety of mix-ins on the frozen granite stone. Cold Stone Core Values Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders or retail purchases in a lively, upbeat manner Accurately handling cash, including making change, tracking coupons, and discounts. Knowing and understanding how to operate the POS system (cash register) Maintaining a clean store environment.

This includes:

cleaning equipment, floors, food service area, store exterior, removing trash, mopping, washing dishes, and cleaning floor drains. Some or all these tasks will require bending, stooping, climbing, pushing, pulling, and using ladders. Correctly using all checklists. Providing great customer service. This includes fast, friendly service; welcome customers within 3 seconds of entering store; keeping the service area stocked and neat; knowing the ingredients in all of the Cold Stone Signature Creations. Be the best…be #1! Practicing food safety procedures daily. Correctly use all checklists. Conform to uniform and personal hygiene directives to ensure the serving of safe food to our customers. Conducting inventories and preparing stock. This requires working in the walk in freezer (0 degrees Fahrenheit), and refrigerator (35-38 degrees Fahrenheit). Correctly using all checklists and math skills. Scooping correct portions of ice cream. Preparing the customer's order using correct portions of mix-ins based on Size. Properly ringing customers in the POS system, ensuring that items are not under-rung or over-rung.

Experience Prior experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants is highly desirable Background in food preparation or the food industry enhances your ability to deliver quality service Familiarity with POS systems s Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Previous experience in food safety management, sanitation practices, or kitchen operations is advantageous Food service experience combined with excellent customer service skills will set you up for success in this energetic role Cold Stone Creamery offers the Ultimate Ice Cream Experience. $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 30.0 per week
