In this role, you'll help ensure every takeout and delivery order is accurate, provide outstanding customer service over the phone and in person, and keep the front counter running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking and working as part of a supportive team. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately. Process payments using the restaurant's POS system. Carefully pack takeout and delivery orders to ensure accuracy. Greet guests and provide excellent customer service. Restock takeout supplies, beverages, condiments, and front counter items. Maintain a clean and organized cashier station. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and delivery drivers to ensure timely orders. Assist with light cleaning and other front-of-house duties as needed. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a busy environment. Strong attention to detail. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Previous restaurant or cashier experience is a plus but not required—we are happy to train motivated individuals.
