Responsibilities Operate cash registers and POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments while maintaining precise cash handling procedures Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide excellent customer service to enhance their dining experience Assist with food preparation tasks including basic food handling, assembly, and ensuring food safety standards are met Support kitchen staff by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during busy service hours Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitation of counters, utensils, and food prep areas in compliance with health regulations Upsell menu items to increase sales and promote special offers or new products effectively Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Food industry experience including food handling, serving, and food safety management is desirable Strong math skills for processing cash transactions accurately Proven ability to manage time effectively during peak hours while maintaining quality service Retail sales experience or grocery store background can be beneficial for understanding customer needs and upselling techniques Demonstrated commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and safe food handling practices Join us in creating a vibrant dining atmosphere where excellent service meets quality food!
