• SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Engage with team members, customers, and vendors, fostering a positive and fun environment.
• Accurately prepare food and smoothie orders, adhering to guests' instructions or standard procedures.
• Strive for an exceptional customer experience at the juice bar.
• Prepare and pre-package ingredients for food and smoothies.
• Assemble and serve fresh food and smoothies according to Tropical Juice Bar's standards.
• Adhere to local and federal food safety practices.
• Maintain clean and stocked workstations, organizing supplies.
• Operate the register, take customer orders, handle cash accurately, and maintain responsibility for the drawer.
• Follow safety and security policies.
• Perform additional tasks necessary for juice bar operations.
• Job Requirements
• Legally eligible to work within State and Federal guidelines.
• Bilingual, proficient in Spanish.

• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Continuous standing and walking during each shift.
• Bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds for stocking, organizing supplies, or trash removal.
• Face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
• Navigate safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions.
