As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, this role plays a vital part in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily office operations. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Warmly greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Schedule and coordinate appointments using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Perform data entry, document filing, and proofreading to maintain accurate records Support office operations by organizing files, managing supplies, and assisting with administrative tasks Use our program for basic bookkeeping and billing support when needed Provide timely customer service via phone and email Assist with medical office procedures such as patient check-in and appointment confirmations Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Experience Prior experience in office administration, clerical work, or front desk operations preferred Experience in medical or dental office settings is a strong advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and general computer literacy Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and bookkeeping software. Bilingual (Korean) abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client populations Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent typing skills and attention to detail for data entry and proofreading Demonstrated customer service skills with professional communication and phone etiquette Ideal Candidates Friendly, patient, and customer-focused Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively Reliable, professional, and eager to contribute to a growing practice Korean-speaking preferred
