Job Description
Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Counter help to join our team for Lunch shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing counter operations. This role requires a friendly demeanor, great customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth dining experience for our customers. Counter Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Inform customers about the day's specials Take customer orders: Delivery Tablets, Via Phone, At Counter. Operate the POS system for processing transactions and managing orders. Handle cash register duties, including cash handling and providing change. Place food items in pizza oven, ensuring compliance with health standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, ensuring compliance with health standards. Assist in serving tables, as needed, and maintain a tidy dining environment. Requirements/Qualifications Must be available for lunch hours (11am-3pm) Previous experience in the food industry is preferred Basic math skills Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Attentiveness and patience for customers Active listening and effective communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail High school diploma; food safety training is a plus Knowledge of proper sanitation practices in food handling is desirable Apply Now!
