Description
Operateputer cash register and accurately handle monetary and meal card transactions for military and civilian personnel quickly and efficiently.
Maintain the work area clean and sanitized following all health and safety regulations codes.
Understand daily menu item, collect payment for purchases and make change accordingly and accurately. Maintains and records each transaction on reports, forms and cash register byplying with all rules and regulations set forth in the cashier manual.
Reconciles cash drawer at the start and end of shift. Insure all monies, documents and forms are secured and return to the assigned Office Manager in a timely manner.
Ability to perform food service attendant duties as required by the Project Manager.
Record and report all discrepancies immediately to the Supervisor.
Willingly and effectively cooperates with OTC, The Department of Human Services, The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), and other licensing or state agency or local municipalities in any inspections and investigations, upon request.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Prior cash handling experience is preferred.
Basic mathematical skills required, able to count US currency quickly and accurately.
Ability to stand or bend for periods of time at the work area without moving more than 10 feet.
Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 pounds.
Ability to read, write andprehend information in English, able to adhere to health and sanitation standards.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes split shifts, evenings, and weekends.
Basicputer skills are required.
