We're currently seeking an Front of House Team Member who shares our values and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Position Summary:

The FOH Role plays a critical role in maintaining smooth daily operations, supporting the front of house team, and ensuring seamless communication between the dining room and kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

Support front of house team during service to ensure high levels of efficiency and guest satisfaction. Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and hospitality. Assist with onboarding and training new front of house staff. Monitor cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety and health regulations in the dining area. Handle guest concerns or escalations with professionalism and a focus on resolution. Contribute to daily opening and closing procedures, including shift checklists and staff briefings. Uphold and promote the culture, values, and standards of Celestino's.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a pizzeria or fast casual restaurant setting. Open availability is required Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Must be available to work weekends, holidays and peak hours . Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure. A team-first attitude and strong commitment to being a positive cultural fit. Willingness to Grow!
