Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier/Food Service/ Barista/ Play Cafe attendant to join our team. In these role,s you will be the face of our Donut shop / Play cafe, providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and your attention to detail will ensure a positive shopping experience for all patrons. Food service- donut decorating. Play cafe attendant. Barisata-making coffee. Cashier & Counter help. All positions available. Please apply for any all positions. This is a brand new business. You do not need to know how to work with children. And we will train you on food service, but would prefer some counter experience. Duties Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Assist in making products and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked. Perform donut decorating & coffee making to engage customers and promote sales. Uphold proper phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the shopping experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and throughout the store. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices are followed. Support stocking efforts by replenishing shelves as needed and assisting with inventory management. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for customers. Experience Previous experience in food / coffee sales operations is preferred. Familiarity with cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Supervising experience is a plus, as you may be required to assist in training new associates. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse customers is essential. Experience with retail math concepts will be beneficial for managing transactions and inventory effectively.
