Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and issuing receipts Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about store merchandise and promotions Upsell products and suggest add-on items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented and accessible Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries Support merchandising efforts by organizing products according to store standards and guidelines Requirements Previous experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a broader customer base effectively Demonstrated supervising experience in retail or customer service environments is advantageous Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing cash drawers Knowledge of retail store product lines, merchandising, and retail math principles Ability to perform stocking duties and assist with product demos as needed Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive shopping experiences Join us in delivering outstanding service while developing your retail expertise!
