Job Description

Immediately hiring a Part-time Cashier/Receptionist for our Ford store in Washington, NJ! Join Fred Beans Automotive Group, voted Best Places to Work 8 years running and Healthiest Employers for 2021 and 2022!
Hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 3PM-6PM & Saturday 7AM-3PM. Cashier Duties Assisting the Service Department with finalizing customer service and waiting on customers at the end of their appointmentClosing out repair orders in the computer and ADP systemAnswering the phones in a prompt and pleasant mannerPreparing and making depositsFiling assorted documents for both service and accounting departmentsPreparing pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointmentsInputting of additional service requestsCalculating payments and performing data entryPerforming minor accounting and minor clerical work
