Responsibilities Operate the Register Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and answering questions Manage cash handling procedures with precision, including balancing the register at shift end Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Assist with inventory management through stock replenishment Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or placing orders Entering invoices into the computer system Requirements Prior experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly valued for engaging diverse customers Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and performing retail math calculations accurately Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves or organizing displays and assisting customers with loading their vehicles, water can be up to 40lbs.
