Summary:

Stock all food and supply areas. Ensure cleanliness of facility and supplies.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Stock all dishes, silverware, glasses. Deliver full carts to dish room; pickup supplies on return. Sweep and mop floors, front and back, as needed. Collect all dirty towels and linen; return to laundry. Keep dish room clear and maintained. Ensure all supplies are fully stocked at end of shift, including side work. Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members. Performs other duties as assigned.
