As a Weekend Cashier, you will be the friendly face that greets customers, manages transactions efficiently, and ensures a clean, welcoming workspace. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every guest while maintaining smooth operations during busy weekend hours. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist checking them out at the counter, ensuring accuracy and prompt service. Operate a POS (Point of Sale) system - training will be provided. Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately while processing cash transactions efficiently Support store operations by occasionally stocking or facing product on the shelves. Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring proper standards are upheld. Manage customer inquiries professionally, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly Qualifications Previous experience in retail and/or convenience stores is preferred but not required. Experience with the night shift is a plus. Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency to process transactions accurately. Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, energetic attitude Willing to take on greater responsibility and grow into the role. We hire on the spot!
