Upsell merchandise by recommending complementary products and informing customers about current promotions to enhance their shopping experience. Manage cash drawer handling with precision, ensuring all transactions are balanced at the end of each shift. Stock shelves and merchandise displays, ensuring products are well-organized, properly priced, and visually appealing. Maintain professional phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or scheduling appointments. Support merchandising efforts by participating in store setup, product placement, and inventory management activities. Qualifications Previous cashier experience or familiarity with POS systems is highly preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash register operations and retail math calculations.
