Responsibilities Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently and accurately. Manage cash register operations, including processing cash, credit card, and food industry transactions with precision. Sell lottery tickets, validate winnings, and maintain compliance with lottery regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and upselling products or services to enhance sales. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring sanitation standards are met in food handling areas and retail zones. Assist with food preparation when required, supporting kitchen staff with basic tasks to ensure quick service delivery. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food safety management practices. Support food handling procedures, ensuring sanitation and proper storage of products in accordance with health regulations. Manage food service customer orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction. Uphold excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods without compromising quality or safety. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cashiering experience is essential. Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food safety management, and sanitation practices within the food industry. Excellent math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register balances. Proven customer service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication abilities. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness standards. Experience in retail sales transactions, upselling techniques, and cash handling procedures.
