Our Cashiers and Baristas connect with, laugh with and uplift the lives of the customers we serve in a school environment. The work goes beyond running the register and handcrafting a perfectly made beverage; it's about presenting the Genuine culture while providing great customer service. Provide Genuine quality customer service with all clienteles by greeting, thanking, etc. Craft drinks to order with care and accuracy. Ring out guests as needed at the cash register and follow cash handling procedures Ensure food safety standards are being followed. Provide great customer service following Genuine standards. Maintain a clean working environment and help the team with any additional cleaning duties. Restock areas as needed, following proper FIFO rotation. Assist other team members as needed. All other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS
Must be flexible & team-oriented! 1 year of food or customer service experience/training in a mid-high volume food service facility or restaurant. Willingness to learn the compliance requirements of the USDA National School Lunch Program. Positive attitude, strong work ethic and level headedness. Punctual and able to adhere to the time and attendance policy. Able to climb stairs and lift up 50 lbs. Interest in and committed to Genuine Foods' mission to use food to help students enhance their minds, bodies and happiness. Must be able to work in a school environment.Benefits and Perks:
