Senor Taco Mexican Grill is looking to hire a friendly, dependable, and hard working cashier for Full-Time or Part-time availability at our Mount Sinai location. Great team environment and atmosphere. We will provide training. You will be the face representing our restaurant.

Job Responsibilities:

Greeting incoming customers with a friendly attitude upon arrival and leaving the premises. Collecting payments whether cash, debit card or credit card. Taking care of all transactions with the use of the cash register. Answer restaurant phone and taking food orders over the phone. Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager such as: clearing/wiping down counters, tables and surface areas in the restaurant as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service and cash handling Proficient in operating POS systems, including Aloha and Micros Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and upselling skills Background in food service or quick service restaurant settings Be over 18 (Requirement) Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations
